Public offer
A contract for access to the Mano Lab platform. Version of 6 September 2026.
Orbit Lab Limited Liability Company, hereinafter "the Provider", offers to any person to conclude a contract for access to the Mano Lab platform on the terms set out below.
This is a translation, provided so that the terms can be read. The Russian text is the one that has legal force; where the two differ, the Russian governs.
1.Definitions
- 1.1"The Provider" is Orbit Lab Limited Liability Company, which provides access to the Platform on the terms of this Offer.
- 1.2"The Platform" is the Mano Lab software, available over the internet at manolab.cc and on domains related to it, together with all of its features and updates.
- 1.3"The Customer" is a legal entity, a sole trader or an individual who has accepted the terms of this Offer.
- 1.4"A User" is an individual to whom the Customer has given access to their workspace in the Platform.
- 1.5"A Respondent" is an individual answering a survey or taking part in an interview conducted by the Customer through the Platform.
- 1.6"Customer Data" is the research, questionnaires, translations, respondent answers, transcripts, findings and any other material placed in the Platform by the Customer or gathered by them through it.
- 1.7"A Tariff" is the list of volumes and terms of access published by the Provider, with prices.
2.Subject
- 2.1The Provider gives the Customer remote access to the Platform over the internet in order to prepare, run and analyse research, and the Customer pays for that access in the amount and manner set by the Tariff they have chosen.
- 2.2Exclusive rights in the Platform belong to the Provider. Access is granted as a simple non-exclusive licence for the paid period, with no right of transfer to third parties, resale or sub-licensing.
- 2.3The Platform is provided "as is", with the set of features available at the moment access is given. That set may be extended and changed.
3.Formation of the contract
- 3.1This Offer is a public offer within the meaning of the civil legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- 3.2Acceptance of the Offer, meaning full and unconditional acceptance of its terms, is any of the following: registering in the Platform, signing in to it, or paying an invoice issued under the chosen Tariff.
- 3.3From the moment of acceptance this Offer is a contract between the Provider and the Customer on the terms set out below, and requires no signature on paper.
- 3.4A Customer who does not agree with any term of the Offer may not use the Platform.
4.Account and access
- 4.1Signing in to the Platform is done through a Google account. No other way in is provided. The Provider neither receives nor stores the password to that Google account.
- 4.2The Customer decides for themselves which Users their workspace holds and what roles they have, and is responsible for those Users’ actions as for their own.
- 4.3The Customer shall notify the Provider without delay of any unauthorised access to the workspace that comes to their knowledge.
- 4.4The data of one workspace is not reachable from another. The separation is enforced at the level of storage rather than at the level of the interface.
5.Price and settlement
- 5.1The price of access is set by the Tariff in force at the moment of payment and is stated in the national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, unless the parties agree otherwise separately.
- 5.2Payment is made in advance for the chosen period. Access opens once payment is received, unless the Tariff includes a trial period.
- 5.3The Provider may change its Tariffs. A change does not apply to a period already paid for. The Provider gives notice of a change of Tariffs at least 30 calendar days in advance, to the Customer’s email address and by publication in the Platform.
- 5.4The service is treated as properly rendered and accepted by the Customer if no reasoned written objection is received from the Customer within 10 working days of the end of the paid period.
6.Customer Data
- 6.1Customer Data belongs to the Customer. The Provider acquires no rights in it, does not use it for its own purposes, does not pass it to third parties and does not train models on it.
- 6.2The Provider processes Customer Data solely in order to render the services under this Offer, including storing, displaying and translating it, calculating distributions and preparing reports at the Customer’s direction.
- 6.3The Customer may export their data at any time using the Platform.
- 6.4Customer Data is kept for as long as their workspace exists. No retention period applies: data does not disappear by itself and is not deleted without a request from the Customer.
- 6.5The Customer may delete individual responses at any time using the Platform. Deletion is irreversible, so it is available to the owner of the workspace and only for responses that have first been excluded from the calculations.
- 6.6Deletion of a whole workspace together with all of its research is carried out by the Provider on the Customer’s written request within 10 working days. The end of paid access does not by itself delete any data.
7.Respondents’ personal data
- 7.1In respect of respondents’ personal data the Customer is the party determining the purposes and the content of the processing, and the Provider processes such data on the Customer’s instructions and only so far as the Platform needs to work.
- 7.2The Customer is responsible for having a lawful basis for collecting data from respondents, including, where required, obtaining their consent and informing them of the purpose of the research.
- 7.3The Platform does not ask a respondent for a name, a telephone number, an email address or any other direct identifier. If the Customer adds questions to a questionnaire that collect such details, the responsibility for that is the Customer’s.
- 7.4A respondent’s country is determined by the content delivery network from their network address and reaches the Platform already as a country code. The Platform writes the network address itself to no table and uses it only to limit the rate of requests, holding it in memory for the life of the process.
- 7.5The parties process personal data in accordance with the personal data legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
8.Use of artificial intelligence models
- 8.1The Platform uses artificial intelligence models to draft translations, detect the language of an answer, group open answers into themes and prepare findings.
- 8.2For that purpose the text entered by a respondent, together with the text of questions and answer options, is passed to a third-party model provider. The current provider is named in the workspace settings, under "Model processing", and the Provider gives notice before changing it.
- 8.3Processing by a model may take place outside the Republic of Uzbekistan. By accepting the Offer the Customer confirms that they have been informed of this and are entitled to make that decision in respect of the data they collect.
- 8.4Every artificial intelligence feature is started by a User’s action: neither translation, nor language detection, nor theme grouping happens on its own. A Customer who does not use them translates the questionnaire and reads the open answers by hand, and the Platform remains fully usable.
- 8.5A respondent’s answer, recorded in their own words, is changed neither by a model nor by the Provider. A model may group such an answer and quote it, but not rewrite it.
9.Availability and support
- 9.1The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available around the clock, apart from planned maintenance, of which it gives notice in advance, and circumstances outside its control.
- 9.2Support is provided at the email address given in the Platform, on working days.
- 9.3Specific availability and response-time figures may be agreed in a separate agreement.
10.Limits on use
- 10.1The Platform may not be used to collect data in ways that break the law or that mislead a respondent about the purpose of the research or about who commissioned it.
- 10.2It is forbidden to attempt to reach the data of other workspaces, to probe the Platform for vulnerabilities without the Provider’s written permission, or to create load that interferes with other users.
- 10.3Where a breach is found the Provider may suspend access, having notified the Customer and stated the reason.
11.Liability
- 11.1The Provider is not answerable for the content of the Customer’s research, for the soundness of the questions the Customer writes, or for the conclusions the Customer draws from the data they obtain.
- 11.2Draft translations and findings prepared by a model require a person to check them. The Platform is built so that a translation reaches a respondent only after approval, and responsibility for that approval is the Customer’s.
- 11.3The Provider’s aggregate liability under this Offer is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the three months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
- 11.4The Provider is not liable for lost profit or for indirect losses.
- 11.5The parties are released from liability for failure to perform caused by force majeure.
12.Term, amendment and termination
- 12.1The Offer is in force from the moment it is published until the Provider withdraws it. Withdrawal does not end contracts already concluded before the end of the paid period.
- 12.2The Provider may amend the Offer. A new version is published on this page with its date and takes effect 10 calendar days after publication; the previous version applies to a period already paid for.
- 12.3The Customer may withdraw from the contract at any time by notifying the Provider. A paid but unused period is not refundable unless the Tariff provides otherwise.
- 12.4The Provider may terminate the contract where the Customer breaches clause 10, having returned the unused portion of the payment.
13.Governing law and disputes
- 13.1This Offer is governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- 13.2The parties settle disputes by negotiation. A written claim procedure is compulsory, and the time to answer a claim is 15 working days.
- 13.3Disputes that are not settled are referred to the court at the Provider’s location.
